Miller’s RV is looking for a reliable, professional Parts Counterperson to join our busy dealership team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our guests—helping them find the right parts and ensuring a great overall experience.

While prior experience in an RV or automotive parts role is helpful, it is not required. We’re happy to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent people skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer phones, and assist with parts inquiries and purchases
• Help customers and technicians identify and locate the correct parts
• Process parts sales and assist with service customer checkouts
• Order and track parts to ensure timely availability
• Receive and verify incoming parts and maintain accurate inventory
• Communicate with service staff regarding parts availability and special orders
• Follow up on special orders and notify customers or team members upon arrival
• Maintain a clean, organized parts area and support daily operations

Qulaifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior retail, automotive, RV, or parts experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership systems
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move parts (typically up to 25 lbs, occasionally heavier with assistance)
• Comfortable working in a dealership environment with both indoor and occasional outdoor tasks
