Do you have hands-on experience inspecting RVs and preparing units for sale? Are you highly detail-oriented and confident in evaluating RV systems to ensure everything is fully functional before delivery? If so, Miller’s RV wants you on our team!
We’re seeking 1–2 full-time PDI Technicians to join our growing service department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing thorough inspections on new and used RV units, identifying warranty concerns, documenting issues clearly, and ensuring every RV is customer-ready before it hits the lot.
Perform detailed pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new and pre-owned RV units, including:
Electrical systems (12V and 110V)
Plumbing systems (fresh, gray, and black water)
HVAC and ventilation systems
Propane systems
Appliances, slide-outs, awnings, leveling systems, and more
Identify warranty-related issues and ensure accurate documentation for service processing
Write clear, detailed inspection notes and service reports in dealership software
Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and sales teams to ensure smooth unit flow
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all shop safety procedures
Assist with minor adjustments or repairs as needed to complete unit readiness
Previous experience performing RV PDIs or RV inspection work preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot functional or cosmetic issues
Knowledge of major RV systems and components
Ability to work independently and efficiently while meeting deadlines
Strong written communication skills for accurate service and warranty documentation
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
RVIA/RVDA certification is a plus but not required
Schedule: Monday–Friday (daytime hours)
