What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage prospective customers on the lot and in the showroom
  
  
• Determine customer needs and recommend RV models that match their lifestyle and budget
  
  
• Conduct walkarounds and tours of RVs, highlighting key features and benefits
  
  
• Work with the sales and finance teams to complete paperwork, financing options, and delivery processes
  
  
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, and CRM systems
  
  
• Stay informed on inventory, product specifications, and industry trends
  
  
• Collaborate with team members to meet dealership sales goals
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience required (automotive, RV, real estate, or similar preferred)
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-driven attitude
  
  
• Ability to learn quickly and explain complex product features confidently
  
  
• Willingness to work outdoors and be on your feet large parts of the day
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
